How Do I Return An Item?

  • We accept returns on most unopened products postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Items must be unopened with all seals intact. Please note that some manufacturers may impose a restocking fee for processing returns and this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Non-Returnable Products: We cannot accept returns on Customized Pill Packs/MedPax, Biotics Research, ProLon, Xymogen, DesBio or any Refrigerated Products
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping paid by the customer if the return is not the result from an error on our part.
  • Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Please note: if you do not receive a Return Authorization Number and/or return a product to the wrong address, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

What Is The Cancellation Policy For Lab Tests?

  • Due to the fees we incur after a test order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on test orders.
